We aim to deliver your order the following working day if received before 12 noon. I have contacted TNT regarding the delay on your order and unfortunately the TNT driver had problems locating the premises. Please accept my sincere apologies for the delay. 

Thank you for leaving this review. Firstly, to take issue with your first statement that the products you purchased were for personal use. As per our Terms and Conditions, we sell to strictly trade customers only. When registering on our website, there is a box you must tick to state you are a trade customer to let you proceed, therefore, you have knowingly made a false statement. Secondly, when you submitted your online order, it was you who supplied the incorrect address. Not only was the post code incorrect, you also didn't state a room number within the property which contained multiple rooms, each room having a different number or letter to identify the recipient - This was the major factor in why your order wasn't delivered directly to you. Our designated courier, TNT, had a proof of delivery and signature from the occupant of the room opposite to yourself, and the TNT driver, at the request of ourselves, even came back to your property the following day to identify the recipient so you could collect your parcel from them. You went on to accuse the TNT driver of lying and stated that he hadn't delivered to the room opposite yourself, but to somebody at the front door of the actual property. You then submitted a dispute via PayPal regarding this to which you escalated to a claim. After submitting the relevant evidence we had at our disposal, PayPal confirmed that the claim had been decided in our favour.

When we confirmed this with you over the telephone, you proceeded to speak very rudely and aggressively towards members of our sales team. We then gave you the consignment details and advised you to contact TNT directly, to try and resolve the delivery situation, not to seek a refund. With this still not being resolved, we also contacted TNT again ourselves asking them to look into this matter further, to re-question the original delivery driver and to review all the feedback in which we had obtained from you. After reviewing all the consignment notes, TNT did not change their original stance, with the delivery driver adamant that he delivered the parcel to the room opposite to yourself and also positively identifying the person who signed for the goods whilst he was stood with you when returning the following day after the original delivery. 

Despite all of this, we refunded your order in full, in the trust that this will be the end of all correspondence as your account has now been closed indefinitely. 06.04.18.
