A great team

Very helpful and polite

Thanks for responding to the Feefo review request.

I'm dissapointed to hear about your experiences and view of our solicitor panel, but it does give me an opportunnity to look into the case and take up with the panel solicitor concerned. 

We review performance and service levels on a regular basis, and where appropriate make changes to the recommended list.
