A system error resulted in our collection request not reaching the courier properly which caused this delay, so I can only apologise for this. We certainly expect better for our customers and our team are already looking into how we can prevent this from happening again in future. We have been in contact with you directly to get this resolved as Parcelforce unfortunately do hold orders for a couple of weeks before returning them to sender in case the customer would like to collect the items from one of their depots. If we are not aware that a parcel needs to be returned to us, we will only be notified once it has arrived back after a couple of weeks, so please let us know in future if you need us to arrange this on your behalf. The order has been sent back out for you now so I am hopeful this has now been received, but please accept my apologies for any inconvenience caused and do let me know if we can be of any further assistance.
