Best price. Delivered as promised. But we will not take the flight for another 3months so a bit early to give an overall rating.

Sort out online check in!
Couldn't check in online with Air Canada in advance via their website like I usually do. Not sure who's at fault but from a customer's point of view it feels like this should have been possible. Now...

Hi!
Thank you very much for your feedback.
This might be a one-off incident since online check-in with Air Canada is always available for our customers. However, there can be instances where in they don't allow online check-in and has to be done at the airport - these circumstances change according to the airline and flight.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you face the same issue for your return flight we will try to see if we fix it from our end.

Yes all sorted now. Thank you.
Still waiting my daughters Eticket that I added on 23rd. When I have called I’ve been told to wait and no one has said ‘globe hunters’ or there name when the phone was answered.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback and I'm sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused.
I have checked our systems and it seems that we have already send you your daughters ticket. Apologies for the delay as there were issues with the Global Distribution System on the 23rd so we only got the ticket on the 25th (which was already sent to you).
Please let me know if you still have not received it so I can re-send.
I have also flagged your comment about our colleagues answering the phone without saying 'Globehunters'. This comment had been taken seriously and we will surely remind our colleagues to me mindful of it from now on.
Again, thank you very much for choosing Globehunters for your flight needs. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to get in touch!

Thank you yes. After waiting for 2 days it was sorted, looking forward to my trip. Only thing that can still happen is when ringing globe hunters that worker introduce themselves and actually state that it is globe hunters on the phone.
Will use this again though.
