Hello. We are sorry to hear you had an unsatisfactory experience with Globehunters and we regret any inconveniences this issue might have brought to you. This is certainly not the level of customer service that we expect for our customers. Our systems pick up the lowest fare available and then provides it to the passenger who makes a search for it. But try to be as transparent as possible, which is why we have the information on the website Under the tab “ More information”. If the passenger has not seen the information on the website, we send the confirmation email with attached Itinerary under title “Meal and Luggage”. We also have dedicated a team to who will call/send an email to passengers to check if are aware of the same. We give adequate time to all the passengers to call us or email us with how they wish to proceed. We as travel agent have a time-limit to process the reservations.

Good price on Heathrow to Newark for Xmas
Got a price from Heathrow to Newark with United direct, over Christmas, that was nearly £200 cheaper than anything else I found! E-tickets arrived within a few hours.

Upgraded to direct flights
Excellent! Got a free upgrade to direct flights from Vancouver. Very happy. Quick communications and easy to talk to on the phone.
