The booking was efficient, and the team noticed that I hadn't booked any baggage so called to double check this before processing my order. Efficient with great customer service.

No notification for delayed flight
Flight was delayed 21 hours. No notice provided so I found out at the airport. I have received no response to my email to customer service.
