Product does not work in older house construction. Hopeless!!
By providing broadband that works round a house would be a start & if they are unable to do so, do the right thing. I have been trying to resolve for MONTHS & keep getting fobbed off.

Works well
Works well 99.9% of the time, and when it doesn't they are quick to fix.
They also give good warning ahead of times when they need to be down for servicing, which they do at the least inconvenient...

Good but not great if it goes down
The Gigaclear band width is good when it works - but if, for whatever reason it goes down, you will be stuck with nothing and terrible customer service for up to three working days.

Great but few too many outages
When it works it's really fast. Few too many outages though compared to other providers.

Worse connection and higher cost so returning to Your Co-op
Not impressed with connection and will be going back to Your Coop for cheaper rates and faster speeds. Our price will also rise with Gigaclear when contract ends next year.

Great Customer Service !!
I can not fault the service provided by Gigaclear, each time I have contacted the customer service department they have handled my request efficiently.

Μόνο οι πελάτες με απόδειξη αγοράς μπορούν να αφήσουν μια κριτική στη Feefo. Το εξασφαλίζουμε αυτό επικοινωνώντας με τους αγοραστές αμέσως μετά τη συναλλαγή τους.
Ελέγχουμε αν οι κριτικές προέρχονται από πραγματικούς πελάτες, αντιστοιχίζοντάς τες με μια πώληση ή συναλλαγή. Οι πελάτες καλούνται να αφήσουν μια κριτική μόνο αφού αγοράσουν από την επιχείρηση.
