Thanks for your feedback. We have checked your order record, and can confirm that the order placed on 25th October was shipped by Courier on 26th less one item. This outstanding item was then shipped by Royal Mail on Friday 28th by 1st Class Letter Post. Parcel should have been delivered on following Monday or Tuesday. Please confirm if still missing, if so please check with your local Post Office to see if they are holding the parcel for any delivery. Please keep us informed. Mike Mike Reynolds
