Very sorry to hear that your underwear has not yet arrived in Australia. We have checked your order and can confirm that your order was received on 25th September, and was shipped by AIRMAIL on morning of 26th September. Due to lightness of parcel we also refunded the majority of your shipping charge. i.e refund of £11.00 and charge left of £7.00 being the actual cost to ourselves. We accept that this parcel has been lost somewhere in transit. We have already fully refunded customer for Goods and full refund of all charges made for this orde. Refund was passed through Pay Pal on 25th October. Hopefully the missing item may eventually arrive at it's destination. Although it appears that Mr Winsor had in fact ordered a incorrect item originally, so we have told him to donate the unwanted item to a local charity, as cost of returing it to UK would be prohibitive. We feel slightly agrieved at getting a negative comment reference our service on this order. Order was placed originally on 9th October, but no payment was made, so order was not downloaded onto our system. On 31st October contact was made with customer, and payment was then arranged. Goods were then sent out within a hour of receiving payment. Also a comment on goods ordered. One sweater ordered was in fact already shown as out of stock when the order was originally placed, but the alternative colour was sent.
