Thanks for your feedback, we are glad the Skater Jeans proved suitable. Ref our Delivery timing, your order was placed on Wednesday 2nd May after our cut off point for despatch that day. Goods were packed and despatached on Thursday for delivery on Friday. Couriers sent Emali at 7.01 on Friday mornig quoting a 1 hour delivery window between 12 and 1pm. Delivery was in fact made at 12.50 on the correct day. Mike Reynolds

Glad the Slippers have arrived OK. We are sorry about the time taken in completing this order, but we did state at the time of ordering that there would be a delay as this smaller size is not from our current stock, and would have to be ordered as a 'special' item from our suppliers. This meant a delay, as single items will not be processed by the manufacturer who waited until we placed a further order for mutiple pairs.
