Only reason cannot score 5 is because I've never had to claim
I can only answer about paying in process and delivering me information because I have never had need to make claim before, therefore I will not put 5 Stars however they are very helpful with advice...

Very helpful staff. Answered all queries quickly and with all the information required. Would recommend to anyone looking for house insurance .
