About the website
I cannot return and change some choose when I am the payment page and if I do anything that aims to return I can only choose everything again from zero; also when the hotel haven’t fit our criteria...

The very recent incident with the hotline has yet be answered by the proper ones/unit. The service was not what I expected on this particular ocassion n with this particular center.

Good seek e. Good customer service. But sometimes it’s a little difficult to find out how to communicate with the hotel themselves. It edible be good to have a more obvious link or message service...
