This product is designed for travel poles that collapse down to a size that be carried in a small back pack, or luggage. The purpose of the Bag is so that if the poles are mucky, wet or dirty, it protects other things in your pack or case. The Bag is also super small when not in use, hence why it scrunches in to its own little bag with draw string. Having shoulder straps would make it too bulky to do this and defeat the object of it's design. The product description does not state it has shoulder straps. We do sell alternative small bags for travel poles that do have shoulder straps.
