It was really simple to do on line. I had no reason to claim but taking out the insurance was a doddle.

Thank you for your great review of Eversure Cycle Insurance's renewal process. This year we wrote to you and we sent emails as we understand how easy it is to forget. Next year policies will automatically renew and we will advise annual policyholders before renewal is due in order to give them an opportunity to consider their options. You may contact us any time if you do not want the policy to automatically renew. We hope that this makes life easier and the risk of being without cover is minimised.
