2 minutes work
After spinning on diesel on the road and putting the car in to a small ditch I couldn't believe the charge of £144 to pull me out. It took 2 minutes to pull me out. Well over priced call out charge....

Unfortunately this would be classed as an RTA rather than a breakdown which your membership covers your for. I was sorry to read you were unhappy there was a cost for this but pleased to read we were able to assist.

All i can say is that it was easy to sign up to! Fortunatly i didnt need to use the cover but the peace of mind was worth it.

Called out cos car would not start on turning over, causing a flat battery, spoke to English speaking agent and had a response within the hour, so far so good, machanic came to us on time started...

Sorry to hear you felt you had communication issues, all our incident managers are English speakers but this may not be the case when it comes to our local partners. However, 66% of breakdowns that we handle in Europe are fixed on the same day.

The policy sold to me wasn't what I intended it was a take to garage to repair not a recovery policy
