User friendly
I found the booking app and website were both really user friendly. I like how I can cash in my bonus+ balance straight away so I can get the advantage without having to wait.

Good
Booking process easy and simple. But for china, the hotel name and address in Chinese is required. So the confirmation email should have chinese names as well.
