User friendly website and great travel options

NO REPLY TO REFUND REQUEST
My flight was cancelled by Finnair airline due to the COVID19 on March. It promised to have the follow-up. Until now, I can't get any refund, credits. No reply.

The service was efficient and easy. The only gripe was that I had to cancel and rebook rather than being able to modify it.
