They are reliable and if anything is wrong with what ur renting they they are on it rite away. No hassle and no wait list. I'm very pleased with there service.

First off I didn't get my box spring they forgot it then I find a rip in my mattress that happened when delivering it because the plastic is ripped in the same spot not happy at all right now
