Hi Lesley. I have just had a look into your order and can see it has now been collected. The item reached the store and was scanned in two days after you placed the order which automatically generates an email to advise it is ready for collection. This was done but I am unsure if you received the email? Occasionally emails can end up in junk folders so it would be worth checking if it did arrive and if not I can look further into why you didn't receive the email. Kind Regards. Neil

Hi Mandy,
I'm glad you are pleased with the product. With regards to the price, there are a small selection of outlet stores within the company that run additional discounts, as well as some stores running special promotions locally. In future, it would be advisable to contact customer services if you feel there is a discrepancy in price.
