Drive SA gave great service however the service provider did not. money has been deducted from my account and I still have no idea why this is the case. No communication received from them to date.

We have received your feedback and apologise for the experience you had with our Supplier while driving their rental vehicle.
Unfortunately as this is the first time we have been advised of any problems, or received any feedback pertaining to the rental, we were not in a position to assist.
We would have actioned this immediately and would have been able to offer possible alternative solutions.
With regards to the unsuitable initial vehicle booked, we can confirm that the vehicle was paid for and confirmed as per the Renter's enquiry submitted on our website.
A query has been logged with the Supplier with regards to the charges and we will be in contact once we receive their response.

I sent them an email about the service I got from Europcar and they did not even bother to respond, so may be in future they can try to respond to such emails to improve their service.
