We appreciate your mention regarding the collection and return. Unfortunately, as stipulated in the terms, no 4x4 specialised Supplier allow for drop off and collection at any location outside the depot as there are numerous checks that need to be done at handover.
I do believe that your consultant tried to assist by offering an alternative vehicle with a different Supplier in the airport, but unfortunately this option was not suitable.
We trust this clears up any concerns and apologise for any inconvenience caused
