To view account you cannot log in, you cannot phone them, you can only email them or use secure message service, not Good enough

Not too bad at all!
All was fine and very prompt to get started thank you. It was a bit harder to figure out that you could not 'log in' and the secure messages are quite hard to read as you have to scroll to get the...

Very happy after the poor start
trouble to contact them.When I did,in order to pay my deposit I was given their and my A/c nimbers.I read the numbers back and they were confirmed. My bank were unable to pay.I then emailed them.ONE...

HAVE HAD SEVERAL EMAILS THAT DID NOT USE MY NAME. aSSUMED THEY WERE FRAUDULENT.

Teething problems
Email banking takes getting used to, not as easy as standard online banking. Problems with 2 people sharing same email address. Cannot access emails with link from DFC website. Have to save a DFC...
