Lack of follow up
I was unable to pick up the call. So I called back and asked for the agent to call me back as I didn’t know how to get the additional Shell points from the promotion.
He hasn’t called me back.

It's simple and it's reasonable rates. My admin does the all my insurance coverage from Direct Asia. I'm satisfied as it's simple and I understand the claim process is just as efficient
