Impersonal insurance purchase experience
Poor. Upon signup was promised vouchers but nothing heard yet.

Apologies for the inconvenience. It will take up 2 working days to transmit your insurance details to LTA. As spoken we have emailed you your certificate of Insurance so you can renew your road tax at any renewal centre.
