First Class Service
Stephen worked hard to put together a package for us which could not easily done via the web-site. He was very enthusiastic and had all of the information required at his fingertips. Great experience.

We are sorry to hear this since you booked online and accepted our terms and conditions about the descriptions provided on there being from the suppliers. We do expect that when customers book online without the involvement of a sales consultant, they have researched independently to ensure any information required about aspects of interest is obtained to avoid disappointment.

There was no misinformation and we are sorry you seem to think there was, but this can be addressed and clarified to you via normal channels. We cannot transfer the cruise deposit to other arrangements as the cruise operator holds this non refundable money and do not offer land based holidays.
