Hello,,,
The consultant was on shift as I spoke to his colleague and colleague put the phone down on me. This is not acceptable.
I left message when I phone again few days later and he didn’t call me back.
I understand he is busy but I paid lots of money for the cruise and if I need help I shouldn’t have so many problems.
I was looking to book another holiday with you,,,but I want now.

Still waiting for a response from Destination2. I have no contact from the agent since I paid for the cruise. This is not acceptable,,,,if I have problems the agent should help me.
Looks like you don’t care about your customers after they paid for their holiday.
I will try to speak to someone who can help me.

All the ladies I have dealt with at Destination 2 are always very helpful on all all occasions. Destination 2 are always very well priced. I would highly recommend purchasing holidays from them.

We regret that you feel this an accurate reflection of our service and how the matter was addressed since we find that there has been more than one apology and full explanation as to the circumstances involved and that it was an isolated incident which has been investigated with our IT department. This was however resolved within the timescales our Customer Service team auto reply mentions regarding email contact.
