Excellent service from Llewys

Excellent serice initially. When I booked the holiday I didnt realise flight outbound was LGW. Return LHR. While I accept I should have checked. Problem was that surely the system would / should have...

We do apologise for the issue raised, The booking was confirmed immediately with the information input online. To obtain the most cost-effective rates, clients do sometimes choose different airports, especially is the distance/travel time to the airport/s is similar. That said, we shall pass your constructive comments to our senior management and IT department for consideration. We do trust that despite the issues raised you will have an amazing and special holiday !
