Very quick and efficient service I received all my booking information in 36 hours and Shauna who took my booking was lovely. I will use Destination 2 again.

Book elsewhere it's cheaper and more flexible
I mistakenly booked an offer believing it was an early access offer but it was a honeymoon & early access offer. When i realised i called to change the booking but the price to change was a rip off....

Not to be trusted company.
They are a disgrace I wanted to cancel the booking I called immediately and was told I couldn't. I didn't hit the pay button but review booking and it went to pay.

We have reviewed the booking and must refute that this was our error as the online booking submitted by the reviewer clearly indicates that the incorrect number of passengers were included. We will always endeavour to assist our clients and the addition of an extra person will incur administration time and costs as we liaise with the supplier on our client's behalf. Our after sales staff did advise the reviewer that the response from the supplier may take up to 48 hours to receive and it is unfortunate that he continued to call within the time frames. Whilst we understand that the delay caused some anxiety, we would remind the reviewer that, had the correct information been received by us originally, there would have been no issue to resolve.

You say it’s my fault?? How can you say that! I clearly booked for 3 people it’s a problem with your website! Nevertheless your after sales staff don’t care! And their manager Nikki is even worse! Very aggressive. You have to understand people save for years for a holiday and yet it takes your staff 48 hours to resolve a minor issue??? Why 48 hours? As I said before and I will say it again for me this has been my worst booking experience ever! I generally book with booking.com and they resolve issues immediately not 48 hours of uncertainty! Horrible company and not even we are sorry to hear you have had a problem with us - you just jump on to a defensive mode again in your comments!
