Fantastic
Fantastic service, but the 24hrs to confirm my booking after payment was nerve-wracking.. 18hrs later my booking was confirmed and everything went as planned.

Amazing service.
Amazing service even when we had to postpone our holiday due to covid. We rebooked and everything was handled straight away with no issues.

Excellent service and prices.
Only issue was getting in contact with the company, phoned to follow up on an email quote request but had to queue to get through and had to wait a short while for a call back. Perhaps this is...

We are sorry that getting the hotel confirmation was longer than usual, we are sure you can appreciate that we are subject to the supplier chain and this can impact timescales. The paperwork will not normally be issued until arrangements are complete and your account may reflect inaccurately until it is done. We do trust that all is now satisfactory.
