Lack of communication
The airline schedule they sent me contained a number of errors. I contacted them twice by email and so far have not received a response.

Mr Goodfellow we are sorry to hear this but will address the issues raised. However, you did email into an account which has an auto reply advising it is not for customer service contact. We presume you have overlooked this auto reply. That said, the enquiry is now with the correct team who will respond in due course.

After reaching hotel Strat , Las Vegas We were told no room available
Wasn’t told that hotel couldn’t guarantee rooms when you arrive

Hello we are sorry to hear this and if approached via normal channels will of course address to the supplier through whom we booked on your behalf since we acted only as the agent on this occasion. We presume that you dealt and reported this at the time direct to that supplier as per the contract terms so they could assist you, or that you notified ourselves to help you, none the less, we regret the issue despite not being within our control.

Have emailed destination2 . The feefo comes up after email was sent . Have not yet received a reply . I’d like to get this matter sorted sooner than later
