Great Service, highly recommend
Katherine was excellent, she was really helpful and stayed on top of the booking and everything ran smoothly. Excellent service and I would definatley recommend and use this company again.

Holiday let down by absurd length of coach transfer. Inappropriate amount of other stops. 50 min journey took nearly 3 hours. Avoid this service!

Hotel accommodation not up to standard. Stench in the bathroom.
Five star hotel booked was definitely not 5 star, stinky bathroom.

Dear Gordon we are sorry to hear of this unfortunate experience. You will recall that your contract is direct with the hotel and we are only your booking agent. Although we can be asked to help and did so we are reliant upon the hotel deciding how they wish to compensate as your contract is direct with them. We regret you did not realise this fact and that you had not booked a package.
