Thank you, firstly, for being such a longstanding and fantastic customer over so many years. We truly appreciate the loyalty - and love - you have for our brand and products, and it's great to know that you continue to rate the quality of them so highly. Of course, it's frustrating to see that your overall experience with the ordering and shipping side of things hasn't always reached those same heights, and that is really disappointing. We're committed to offering the best possible all-round experience for our customers, and our Customer Service Team are here each and every day to provide whatever assistance is needed. We'll do our very best to put right any issues that may arise, and to ensure you are happy. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you need anything at all.

We appreciate you taking the time to share this experience with us, and of course, we sincerely apologize for the disappointment that's been caused. We hate to see our customers being let down in any way whatsoever, and you are quite right to be frustrated by the shipping issues you've encountered. While it's great to see that our Customer Service Team acted quickly in issuing a replacement order, it's obviously the case that one should not have been needed in the first place, had everything run smoothly with the original shipment. Fingers crossed, the replacement order will arrive safe and sound - the tracking certainly suggests that it is on course to do so. We'll be in touch shortly to share the tracking with you, and to continue to provide any support you need.
