Depending on where exactly the shirt is a little tight (around the neck or in the body) there are two options - for the first, moving up a neck size would be the best option. For the second, switching from the Slim to the Classic Fit will provide additional room in the body, as well as being slightly longer. Returns cost nothing up front, with just a handling fee of $9.95 deducted from any refund that is requested. Exchanges are 100% free of charge.
