Terrible service won't ever use again.
Very poor. Poor response time. Fault with the website meant my policy was incorrect. No reply to my email 2 months later. Hold music/ notifications not tailored appropriately.

Initial sale was ok but am still waiting on a reply regarding a refund or credit for this policy as the holiday won't go ahead.

Holiday cancelled I want my money back
My family holiday has been cancelled and I don't need insurance. I don't understand why I cant get my money back
