Will not recommend
If it wasn't for our cruise expert fighting for us our claim with cover-more wouldn't have all been paid.. so just another money hungry insurance company. Will not use again

Excess for preexisting conditions excessive!
Claim processes without issues.

Very Dissapointing
I lost my prescription medication while I was away in America so had to go to a doctor and get a new prescription. The cost of the doctors visit and the medication was close to $500. Covermore...

Positive Experience
People were helpful, cared acted proactively followed up and paid up quickly on the back of our receipts. The advice about what to do was good too.

Hopeless
Upon making a claim the service was extremely slow and lacked urgency. No one contacted me regarding the process. I had to get someone else to follow up my claim.
