Be careful what you buy!
I thought service was appalling. Took more than a month to get a response asking for a diagnosis that was sent with the original paperwork. Took a further month to receive a Cheque. Thanks

We did the renewal online which was straight forward and easy. The only negative is that renewals does not seem an option and has been a new policy each year

Their easy on line claiming system. Prompt payment of funds after claim made.
