Will never use again
Terrible. Was on the phone for hours to have it disconnect due to too many calls sent multiple emails no reply until 2 weeks after I was meant to leave for my trip which I didn’t go on.

Provide a refund for the cost of policy when your trip is cancelled.Have more people to answer queries was on hold for 45 minutes then call just hung up
