I had to call countrywide to sort a problem with my direct debit. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Customer service is second to none

Did not renew with you this year as a result.
Had to take my insurance out with yiy when getting my mortgage. Extremely overpriced in hindsight but had no option at the time.
