Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the whole experience so amazing, and we are pleased that your journey met your expectations throughout. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback, and for travelling with us again. We are pleased that you found the itinerary good and the coach comfortable. We are sorry to learn that the quality of the hotels and the Travel Director did not match your earlier experience, and that you found the hotel staff in Prague discourteous. This is not the standard we aim to provide, particularly for returning guests, and we regret that it detracted from your journey. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the properties used and the service offered at them may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and considered account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary great, and that your Coach Driver and Travel Director made a positive contribution to your journey. We are sorry that you were not given a clearer timeline in advance, and that your email requesting further detail went unanswered. Timely and reliable communication is central to the service we aim to provide, and we regret that this fell short. We also regret the condition of certain hotels, including the rust in one bathroom, the cleanliness of the carpets at another, and the absence of lifts at some properties, which we appreciate was particularly difficult for older guests travelling with luggage. The limited dining arrangements at the hotel in Alpine, with no safe or practical means of reaching the nearest restaurant, were likewise unsatisfactory. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that communication, the standard of the properties used and the arrangements made for guests may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry to learn that you found the accommodation unsatisfactory, and in particular that the properties were unclean, had an odour of mould and were located so far from the city centres. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we regret that it detracted from your journey. We also appreciate your comments regarding the time spent in traffic, which you felt reduced the free time available to you. It is a fair point that location and travel time can significantly affect how much guests are able to enjoy the destinations themselves, and we are pleased, at least, that the countries and places you visited made such a strong impression. We shall share your observations with our Operations Department so that the properties used and their proximity to the cities visited may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfactory experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and candid account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you were satisfied with the majority of the journey, and that the folklore evening in Prague and your Travel Director in Budapest made such a strong impression. We are sorry to learn that your experience in Prague was disappointing, and that the Travel Director's commentary left too little time for the sights you had hoped to see. We also regret that you felt rushed in Salzburg, and we appreciate your observation that the first and last days of the itinerary offer limited sightseeing, which is a fair point regarding how the tour length is described. We are further sorry that several hotels were located so far from the city centres, and that the resulting taxi costs were considerable, particularly for a visitor from South Africa. The remoteness of the hotel in Munich and the difficulty of managing luggage on its steps are likewise well taken. Gratuities should always be a matter of personal discretion, and we regret that you felt pressure in this regard and that the moment was an uncomfortable one. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that guiding standards, hotel locations and the guidance given on gratuities may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we hope to have the opportunity to offer you a more satisfying experience in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thorough and constructive account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the Travel Director excellent, and that their knowledge, friendliness and approachability, together with the contribution of your Coach Driver, made the journey so much more enjoyable. We are also pleased that the dinner in Salzburg met with such approval, and that the staff at the hotel in Prague were so helpful. We are sorry that some Optional Excursions felt rushed, and that you found the commentary of one Local Specialist difficult to follow. Your suggestion that Local Specialists carry clearly visible identification in crowded areas is a practical one, and we appreciate it. We also regret that the hotel in Salzburg was so poorly situated, offering little to do nearby for guests who did not join the Optional Excursions. This is a fair criticism, and we shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that the pace of the tour, the guidance given to the Local Specialist and the choice of hotel locations may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share your feedback. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found your Travel Director and Coach Driver so excellent, and that their care and professionalism contributed so much to the success of your trip. We are also pleased that you were able to see so many of the national parks during your journey. We would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a considered account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary excellent, and that your Travel Director's enthusiasm made a favourable impression. We are sorry that you felt your Travel Director was not fully familiar with the itinerary, and that clearer information was not provided before departure regarding the availability of lifts at the hotels. We appreciate how difficult it was for many of the older guests to manage their luggage on stairs, and your suggestion that ground-floor rooms be offered where lifts are unavailable is a practical and reasonable one. We shall share your comments with our Operations Department so that pre-travel information, hotel arrangements and the preparation of the Travel Director may be reviewed carefully. Thank you again for your candour, and we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a thoughtful and balanced account of your tour. It is genuinely rewarding to learn that you found the itinerary fantastic, and that the tour offered a comparable experience at a more accessible price. We are also pleased that you valued the flexibility of choosing which Optional Excursions to join, as this is something we hope will allow guests to tailor their journey to their own preferences. We appreciate your candour regarding the brisk pace of the itinerary and the moments when time felt limited, and we are grateful that you understood the nature of the tour from the outset. We we would warmly welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
