Hi Nick, Thanks for your review, on investigating I found that you Placed the order on the Sunday, but did not chose the Hazchem option for this product in checkout. Due to this error with your order, we emailed you on the Monday 17th to inform you that the additional hazchem charge of either our 3 to 5 working day service (£25.99) or the 1 to 2 day Express Hazchem service (£42.99) needs to be paid. You responded on the 19th saying you had not received your order, where we re-iterated the shortage in your order. You then took another 24hours to pay the economy 3 to 5 working days additional £25.99. So your order was released on the Thursday the 20th May. Obviously the order was then shipped on the economy 3 to 5 day service, but if you had chosen the clearly stated Hazchem service at the time of ordering, or responded to our email when the order was placed, then your order would not have been delayed by a week. But thank you for your review, although in this instance we feel we tried to do everything in our power to facility your order, but could not expedite matters until you responded, and then paid.
