We appreciate having our feedback facility allows for our customers to have their say so that we can ensure that we continually improve our service. This was the primary reason for incorporating this service. In this instance I'm disappointed to have received "negative" feedback relating to this product. This Cowl is exceptional and is one of our best sellers and I'm confident that it will remain within our top 5 for many, many years to come. The advice you were given from your builder due to the size unfortunately was incorrect and has therefore been reflected against ourselves.
Can I please request that you contact us directly and in line with our guarantee we will of course happily refund you for the cost of the unused Chimney Cowl. Can you please send the cowl to the address stated on your Invoice and upon receipt will process your refund.

Very strange - our deliveries are normally with our customers very timely and wherever possible the very next day. Orders dispatched to our customers in Ireland can at times take a few days longer but we will ensure that you are kept up to date every step of the way.
