We're very sorry about the delay. We sadly cannot dispense or dispatch any prescription medication without first having the original prescription, as per UK law and regulations. As soon as the prescription is in our possession, we always send out the medication then as soon as possible.

I'm very sorry to hear that your order has not arrived yet and we have somehow missed your calls. Our phones are manned constantly between 9am and 5.30pm, Mon-Fri. We have also checked our voicemail and cannot find any messages left by yourself. I'll look into this and check that all lines are working correctly.

I've looked into your order, and delivery was attempted on the 7th of March. Our courier reports that a calling card was left at your address in order for you to rearrange delivery for a time when you are available.
