I'm sorry to hear that you received a poor experience with CarFinance247. We pride ourselves on offering the best customer service in our sector and we do take negative feedback / complaints very seriously.

I would like to add that the rates we can offer are dictated to us by our lending panel as we don't lend our own funds.
