We would use them again and recommend them to others.
We liked the administration and the supporting paperwork. The accommodation was all good in their own ways.

We're always here to help and support clients when things go wrong and in your case it was truly no trouble at all , your own resourcefulness and collaborative spirit made it a real pleasure in fact - we we're just so worried for your husband and sad that you both couldn't enjoy your planned adventures in Spain and Portugal. At least we were able to end your trip on something of a high note with your last night overlooking the glittering bay in Santander - one happy memory to cherish we hope!
