Russ was particulaly helpful, and patient. We did get a cheaper quote from another company by £30 (for both our cars, which you do not do -YET?). but in the end i chose you wise folk. i should say...

Very efficient and courteous.
Caller was courteous and thorough. Call was straight forward and my insurance was renewed in about 5 minutes.
