Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. Without such honest feedback we can't improve on our service offer. It's pleasing to hear you enjoyed the activities and the staff were friendly. However on this occasion we obviously didn't meet our normally high standards in respect of the accommodation. Concerning the showering arrangements we'll definitely take this on board during our refurbishment programme and look to address any issues such as those highlighted. We would add that the room you stayed in was dormitory style with shared shower facilities. However there are other rooms with en-suite facilities that could have been requested.
As to the other housekeeping matters we'll discuss these with the manager as a matter or urgency with procedures being reviewed to ensure this doesn't happen again. Just to add the drying room is in working order but we'll will obviously investigate to ascertain what exactly happened on this weekend.
We would like to think this was an isolated incident as feedback generally is usually very positive. However we can only apologise in this instance and hope that these matters didn't lessen your overall enjoyment of the weekend.
