Although website states next day delivery on purchases over £75 (?) delivery didn't arrive until 2 days after order yet nobody let me know there was a delay. However, were very helpful when I rang.

Hello Alastair, thank you for your comments. Some of our consignments are sent via courier so although the goods we all despatched on time, we do also rely on the service of a 3rd party. We send a confirmation email upon despatch to advise of this and ask you to contact us if you have not received your delivery by 4pm as we are not always made aware of delays. I'm glad they arrived the following day, however you are always welcome to contact the Sales Team should you have any queries regarding your delivery.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
The 30/m2 roll of geotextile we supply for wrapping the soakaway crates is adequate for the purpose of domestic soakaway systems. For commercial application and large soakaway systems we recommend the GT805 (450/m2 roll).
I have however replaced the stock image on the website and changed the product description to more accurately represent the material we supply. I apologise if this was misleading.
