Thoroughly disappointed with pond plant. Happy with other items purchased over the years, Sadly won’t buy plants again.
I’d recommend for pond equipment etc, but not plants. Maybe this is a one off,...

Items well wrapped + in good condition. 'Overnight delivery' actually took about 3 days

Thank you for your feedback. Your order was placed on a Bank Holiday, so despatched the next working day on an overnight delivery which is why it took an extra day. This is all explained on our website and the delivery date is provided at the checkout when you order, sorry if you missed this. Thank you.
