You placed the order on the 27th July and did not make any contact with us until 19th August - over 3 weeks later. Unfortunately there is a limit to how long we can go back and offer people refunds on their orders.
Unfortunately the tracking links on the items you ordered all showed delivered.
We have a good history of being helpful and sorting out any issues or refunds customers require, however there is a reasonable limit to what we can do.

Had you of contacted us quickly regarding your missing item we could have looked into it and sent out a replacement or offered a quick refund.
