Μόνο οι πελάτες με απόδειξη αγοράς μπορούν να αφήσουν μια κριτική στη Feefo. Το εξασφαλίζουμε αυτό επικοινωνώντας με τους αγοραστές αμέσως μετά τη συναλλαγή τους.

Πώς επαληθεύουμε τις κριτικές;

Ελέγχουμε αν οι κριτικές προέρχονται από πραγματικούς πελάτες, αντιστοιχίζοντάς τες με μια πώληση ή συναλλαγή. Οι πελάτες καλούνται να αφήσουν μια κριτική μόνο αφού αγοράσουν από την επιχείρηση.

Some items didnt come despite enquiring

some items never came and when enquired I was told it was too late to receive a refund or the items for that matter - unacceptable as I paid a lot of money for these boxes and bubble wrap

Unfortunately there is a limit to how long we can go back and offer people refunds on their orders. Unfortunately the tracking links on the items you ordered all showed delivered. We have a good history of being helpful and sorting out any issues or refunds customers require, however there is a reasonable limit to what we can do. We do clearly state these terms on our website here: https://www.removalboxes.co.uk/delivery/ Had you of contacted us quickly regarding your missing item we could have looked into it and sent out a replacement or offered a quick refund.
