I had a very bad experience. I was sold and paid for the policy on false information, now received a refund.
Secondly this is the second time i have been emailed for feedback.

Both proactive and responsive. Professional and also friendly tone in communications. About the only insurer I could find that offers affordable cover to a very small business like mine.
